Since I am working in Visual Studio for a few years I want to find out tool working in VS2010/VS2012.

Eclipse is the standard tool for Android development. Since it's pretty much an Eclipse knockoff, you should be able to get used to it pretty easily. This will probably be the easiest approach.
There may be ways to do this in VS, but this is likely to be a painful path.

MonoDroid seems to be the way to go, but it costs some money. VisualGDB is another option, but it costs money. Eclipse is the free option.

I've dabbled a little here in android development. Anyways I think Android Emulator is a good one so far. It helps you to design, debug, and test your applications in an actual Android run-time environment.
