Now I know that not every coworker is going to have at least half a brain, but when you have a coworker in a leadership position that does stupid stuff like the video below you have to start wondering where this world is coming to. Especially when the company you work for is a tech firm that deals with clients daily. This person has to interface with a client on a daily basis and as soon as they see this video they are going to start questioning his intelligence.



Now management at the company does not know about this video, but you would think that this employee would make sure that they would not upload videos to YouTube that would possibly bring bad light onto the organization.

What have your coworkers done to embarrass the organization you work for?

What was the contents of the video? (just a quick wash of it, respect the fact he took it down and don't perpetuate it to much)

And did his personal youtube account in some way directly link him with your organization? Such as a claim he works for it somewhere in the video or on the profile of his account, or the account being directly owned by the company.



What I'm getting at is that if it's his personal account and there is no affiliation directly linked to your company on said personal account.

Mind your own business.

If it is directly linked... then yes, that could be embarrassing.

Whenever I work anywhere, outside/home life stays outside. When I punch out, end of work involvement (unless the work requires emergency availability).

The video was one of the guys from his work doing the "Cinnamon Challenge"... while shirtless... and being called a "pussy" by his girlfriend off-camera. In the end, the guy was spitting up blood. Good times.

My friend Adny did the cinnamon challenge.

He survived it for the most part. He reched, everyone does, but nothing horrendous. Just spat up the cinnamon and said, "ugh, that sucked."
