Hello,
I need to write a web-page with a form to send SMS. So, my users will write sms on my web-site and provide telephone number, and that text should be send to that phone number.
Is there any class for that? and Is it possible to make it free?

You can use the mail() function. Phone numbers have email addresses. For example, a Verizon phone number can receive texts if you send them to <phone_number>@vtext.com.

Hi, thanks for reply,
the problem is that I want the sms to be send in UK, here we have different plans, for example me, I hace victone.. and I'm not sure that I can send a SMS to xxxx@victone.com, and I'm not sure that it is free... I've read on Internet, that the reciever is charges for the SMS.

Here's a list of SMS gateways I found on the internet:

Some phone providers don't provide free gateways and you have to find a paid service that sends the messages for you...
