The <marquee> element is very very annoying. Constant horizontal movement on text (and usually on anything else too) is a horrible design move. Kind of in the same category as piling in a bunch of random, 90's looking animated GIFs.

I like the overall feel from the site.

Things I don't like or could be excluded.
Music ( Not everyone is going to like your music )
Moving text ( Make it easy for you users to acquire information )

WOW! Thinking like that is a sure fire way to loose customers/visitors. I listen to music while on the computer, as do many other folks, I click on a link and here comes your music coming over the music I am listening to. Not cool at all.

Good start, some of my first sites were on webs as well. They've gone down the drain recently though. Corporate greed has gotten to them. To me, sites hosted on webs.com is the equivalent of sites hosted on Geocities for others.

That being said, it's very important the way you present yourself. Are you a web designer? Your representations of yourself better have good design. Same with programming. Make sure the code you release is something in the future you would tell your interviewer, "Yes when I was at that skill level I created that software and I am proud of it". I would advise you ditch webs and their templates and go with some more professional options. A cheaper solution would be nearlyfreespeech.net, however it's a pay-as-you-go service so you do run the risk of running your bill too high through popularity/bad bandwidth management. I'd say a good idea would be to host with a friend or something of the likes. My first paid host was $2 a month with a friend who owned the host site. I got a decent deal and live customer support ;)/>

I know the local admin no2pencil offers very good web hosting, I'm sure he could help set you up with a good deal.

Of course if money is tight and paid hosting isn't an option, you can go for free hosting. However like I said, I would not recommend webs. 000webhost is pretty good.

You should also invest in a domain. It's like $10 a year, so it's pretty much worth it.

Honestly it could be more professional. The music needs to go, if I was an employer or a potential customer visiting your site, I would leave instantly.

As others said, the marquee is a no go,too. If you want to get the visitors attention there are other ways. I would also suggest fixing your descriptions and text on your website so its proper English syntax and structure.

I would also re-structure your website for an easier user experience.
