What should I do first,how to division, what should I handle?

Moving this from Java to Software Development.
The gist is you need to read up on project management. (which is why you do group projects to begin with). Find out strengths, weaknesses, and what people want to do in the project. Look at the work involved and start breaking it down into tasks.. Divvy up work to people with the right strengths, don't over load people with a crush of long running tasks, etc.
This is for class, right? That means you still do coding. Don't slack off and just watch people.. they will resent and despise you for that. Expect to do your fair share and also to manage time, work completion, etc.
