It looks like they are using .NET 2.0... but ultimately you would need to talk to them to get an api hook or sdk. I would also suggest being more descriptive, when you talk to them, about what you mean by "connect my program".

I have here the device, there is also a sample program, included in the package, but i want to us
vb6.0 is it possible to use it to record the time and generate payroll?

Again.. talk to the company... and realize their software uses .NET 2.0. You can make some pretty obvious conclusions from the latter.
