Then lets talk about coming to work for our company as an employee, or on contract/freelance. Work in office or home. Similar sites include ProCore, viewpoint, prolog, buzzsaw. PMP certification a plus.

What are the responsibilities? What languages are you targeting? Are you a .NET shop or a PHP shop? What is the pay? How many hours a week are you looking for a potential employee to commit.

The pay will be market plus depending on performance. We are .net c#. The time is open at this point as we are just in the design phase.
