We take our company programmer and to sign him.
Does anyone have any samples contract for programmer, please show whe can i download for example. Thanks for advance.

Again.. no one can really answer that - we do not know your business, your location, your concerns for liability, what you value in your employee/employer relationship, etc.
Talk to your business lawyer. If you don't have one - then get one.
