It's not possible to upload a jar to this site (or i wouldn't have renamed it ;))

I STILL don't understand what's stopping you from renaming a file that you've downloaded ...

Nothing. Just when I add .jar extension, it automatically adds .zip at the end. Still file is looking like winrar file. :/

What OS are you using? (The one where you're downloading to)

Open cmd.exe and cd to the location of the downloaded file
move x.zip x.jar
