Port Forwarding - Software End

Hello,
Long story short I am trying to figure how to port forward without having to log into router.
I noticed uTorrent and qBittorrent creates port forwarding rules in my router.

How did uTorrent get in my router?

It seems like it could just be a few lines of code.

If I find answer before I get one here I will post code here.
