Magento :Helper_Data not found in Mage.php on line 520

Hi,
I am trying to integrate a new payment module in magento in my websites.
In Back end in System > Configuration >Advance i can see my module Ll_Axis
But when i click on payment method i get following error.

Fatal error: Class ‘Mage_Axis_Helper_Data’ not found in /var/www/looklike/app/Mage.php on line 520

Can any one help me in rectifying my mistake .

Well, it would be helpful if you could provide the config file that you mentioned you have error in.
