the problem is that is the college takes my time from me....
my question is "is there a way to make money from programming for example? " and how can i deal with the college in order to get benefit from programming ...?

Yes.. that is quite literally the trade off of doing something - you (typically) are not doing something else.

Well yeah.. it's that jobbie-job that comes, hopefully, at the end of the rainbow that is college. Or freelancing. Or interning.

Typically apply.. get accepted.. go to class... do well.. learn... get diploma... reap benefits.

Welcome to the forum.
Keep an eye out for companies in your area that could use a programmer like you. Also try to take courses that pertain to stuff that those companies do.
If there are none, you can always plan on moving after college to an area with lots of programming jobs.
