Oh, is that how it's spelled? I always thought people were talking about the sequel to "Mein Kampf"!

By 'counter-intuitive' I mean I listen to Classic rock, and I am a fan of AC/DC, and listening to AC/DC whist attempting to work out the best place to put a for loop somewhere, and why it should be there, I think you could see where it becomes an issue.
I actually typed the lyrics as they were playing right in the middle of coding once. I still did well on the assignment, but I don't think he liked having 'I need no hearse cuz I'll never die!' right in the middle of code.
Also, Counter intuitive is a fantastic name for a band.

No it isn't. I don't know where the idea that random, meaningless shit makes for good band names came from, but it doesn't.

Yeah, save the random, meaningless shit for song names.

That's right. Bands should have well-chosen and meaningful names that communicate their intent. I'm calling my next band goodRockAndRollThatYoureTooCoolToDanceTo.

I knew a couple of bands back in the day that would literally just open a dictionary, find words that were well beyond the scope of their own vocabulary and that they thought sounded cool, and then use them as band names. That's what counter-intuitive reminds me of as a band name.

In the trad Irish scene, there was a thing where you'd pick the name of a tune and use that for your band name. So for a while, I was the guitarist for "The Drunken Landladies".

I like that for a trad Irish band. I don't like Duality, Intrinsic, or Counter-Intuitive for band names though (the first two were used by one of the bands I mentioned earlier).

How about naming your band based on where your from. Good Charlotte and Wakefield did that. Good Charlotte was from Charlotte Hall, Maryland, and Wakefield was from Wakefield, Maryland.
Heck, if I did that my band would be Knoxville. Oh wait...already done by the actor, "Johnny Knoxville", grrrr!

I know exactly what you mean, and I completely agree. When I get stuck on something I can't fix, I end up procrastinating.
