IOS uses Objective-C and is developed in X Code.
My team knows some C++ and some java.
Whats the feasibility of creating a basic Iphone app for a semester long project? Would have to learn Objective-C as we go along. Nothing to crazy.
Any simple ideas?
I don't need to sell it in the app store, just a working app to use to solve a issue. Thanks

"Hello world" is a basic app. So yeah, you should be able to do it.
I built a multi-screen, swipe enabled WinPhone8 app in 4 weeks from an on-line course.
I would expect that with a team and a semester you should get something working.
And if you can't - change career and educational paths before throwing more good money after bad.
