Hello everyone! I'm jad0295. I'm a high school senior. More importantly I'm a musician. I play trombone and tuba. Originally, I was dead set on pursuing music, but given the current climate of music, I've decided to peruse something a bit more stable and practical. I've been toying with different subjects lately and I'm testing the waters with computer science. I have a intro to CS book based on Python that I greatly enjoy working out of, and I look forward to learning lots here.

I believe you meant pursue when you said 'I've decided to peruse something a bit more stable and practical'......yes, considering the current situation of music, that is a good decision indeed.
