How to make a browser game in flash?

Hello everyone. I was wondering how one would go about creating a game similar to this one: http://www.sfgame.us/ . It seems like it is a game with no graphics made in flash. It is an mmorpg where you click things and you wait and then they happen, similar to mafia wars or other games like that. If anyone could point me in the right direction on learning how to create a game like this, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks.
