SQL Skillbased Assesment

Planning for a SQL Skillbased Assesment.
Need to validate
1.Output
2.Quality of Code
3.Use of Code
4.Best practice of SQL implemented

For output validation used TSQL unit test case to check positive and negative test cases.

Need to validate the other topices.

Give me your suggetions how this can be validated.
