VB.Net FastColoredTextBox Save and Open File

Hi im Mineox and i have a question. Im new to VB.Net programming i used to programm in VB6.
So i need help with a open and save fastcoloredtextbox here you can see the post and download it

So i need help to save the text written in the fastcoloredtextbox with a savefiledialog to html,vb.net,js,csharp,sql and others and i olse need help to open saved files to the fastcoloredtextbox.

I have tried and failed to do it PLEASE help me.
