casting NSMutableDictionary to customObject with keys = attrub

i have select function that return array of dictionary
i want to casting that dictionary to object let see key of dictionary is name and age

i have object is human has attributes name and age

casting not work

human = (Human *) dic ;

??? have any suggestion
