How many initially? Start off with one and see where you go from there. If you like where you're going then learn another. Worst thing you can do is half learn one language, go on to another and half learn that. You end up with large gaps in your knowledge everywhere.

Android is in Java (mainly) I believe(?) and Apple is Objective-C? I don't do mobile apps so someone else might clarify this statement.
