most secure way to put address and ph no on page?

Hope I can post this here. But I want to post an email address and phone number on a website. However, that might make alot of spambots happy. What is "the most " secure way to put them on a web page without doing myemailATgmail.com?

Server Side User Agent Detection, store the email address outside of the page being scanned by the spam bot and your method may work where the spam bot doesn't compensate for it
