Is it possible to make a GUI like antivirus? Actually, I just want to get the idea on how to make the left side buttons as toolbar/navigation. Please give me hints on making this. Thanks.

You need to create some custom controls, WPF should do the trick.

The first thing that WPF is is a .Net technology, and therefore not available in VB6. The OP's question doesn't specify whcih technology he wants to use, but we might as well assume that he's not in the wrong forum until it's obvious that he is.
