Just some suggestions..

Try and keep the body flow going the same way.. you have the head looking one way (left).. the torso sort of going that way.. but the pelvis and legs are going right.

The arms - a bit Popeye-ish, right? I mean how would he get those big honkers through his shirt? I find it helpful to draw the sleeves a bit up the arm so you can show the elbow..

That and forearms are sort of smaller at the wrist than at the elbow so .. a wedgish shape..

The legs - you don't need to always draw the full shape.. you can erase a bit of the middle and leave the edges as subtle visual hints.

And the feet.. er.. yeah..

Right,

I have taken your suggestions to heart...

I was trying to make him look a bit action-like with the juxtapositon of elements.

But if your saying that doesnt work...ok then...

The arms were intetionally popeyeish I have toned them down a little.

Its a cartooon he doesnt need to put his shirt on.

The feet yeah I have no idea how to draw cartoon sneakers...

I know - it was just to highlight the popeye-ish look. ;)

As for the position - remember - the pelvis has a direction.. see how that crotch seam goes to the right? From the position of the vneck - the eye typically draws the direction of the torso to the pelvis.. so if the neck is off-center-left then it looks like the body is facing right (assume you draw a line from the neck to the crotch seam where it meets the end of the shirt).. this makes the head all sorts of odd positioned.

Shoes:

The legs are looking better! Pretty roundish, but better when you give definition versus flat out defining the shape!

Better. .though they need to be more flat and probably work on angling them so you see a bit more of perspective.. a good start!
