I dont have any experience using PHP and Oracle database. Before this i just know using PHP and MYSql. So my problem is i want insert data to database. The user must insert the data at textfield and then save.

PHP with Oracle is not much different than PHP with MySQL. you only have to exchange the function calls, see PHP Manual Oracle DB section.
if you like you could also use PDO with the OCI driver.
