i have a mac. and than i download bootcamp windows 7 on it. so now i have OS and windows 7 on my mac.

the problem is that i have to restart every time if i want to switch os to windows. and it take alot of time. Is there way way login in windows side and use OS in a small window box?

note i also download oracle vm virtualbox. i am not sure if i need this. if i do can i do this?

I do something similar, but flipped.
On my Windows computer I run VMware.
I can then run different virtual machines within that.
So for development I can then debug in Win7, Win8, WinXP etc.
I do have a VM for MacOS as well and can run that as its own Virtual Machine within Windows.

So I'm sure it can be done the other way. But you may not be able to run the core MacOS you already have installed as a virtual machine. Generally a virtual machine exists as a file on the drive. Its is completely virtualized. So you may have to make a virtual Mac to run inside of your Windows partition. VMware has an option to "Virtualize a Physical Machine", but I don't what virtualbox can do.

I know this didn't answer your question, but hopefully it gave you some hope to keep researching it.

Another direction is to just boot in MacOS, then use VMwareFusion to run your Windows environment. There is an option to unify the two so you don't even see a Window for Windows: The apps just run side by side with your Mac apps and mostly appear as a uniform single environment.

i also have linux on my computer and bc of virtualbox i can run linux on windows at same time. how come i cant do this with os?

... because OSX has specific hardware formatting it requires to run.

So try it out. Run your VM program of choice and try installing OSX on it.

Use Parallels, or as stated above VMware. Both should be what you are looking for.

Note: Apple customer support will not help you with issues related to both of these programs.

The Windows kernel is not written to function with every chip set under the sun.

Hell, it only mounts ntfs & fat file systems.
