I'm learning currently Python alone and i want to develope a GUI project.
I found that PyQT is quite popular but i couldnt understand if i should PAY for it or not.
Is it a free toolkit or i need a licence?
And if i do need to pay for it , then what a good toolkit is free?
Besides i dont want to use and learn Tkinter cause i understood it is too simple.

If you aren't a company looking to use Qt to produce an application that you will be selling than you really don't need to worry about the licensing, to be honest.
This link will take you to the licensing page. It explains whether or not you really need the license.

Thank you.
Even thought trying to understand what is GPU and LGPL still needs time to understand.
I understood that PySide is free for use with no worry but i havent found many tutorials for it, so i'll stick for the meantime with PyQt.
