Remove Phone Icon on Telephone links

When I have the following code for mobile websites a phone icon appears next to the number, graphic or text in Google Chrome on the Samsung Note 2:

<a href="tel:5551234567">Random Number</a>

How do I remove the phone icon? I can't seem to figure out because I don't have a tool to display the source code. An image is attached that displays what I'm talking about.
