Need somone to optimize a plugin.

Hello,

as the topic says i need someone who has free time to optimize some java code (the plug in is unbearably laggy)
it is written in java eclipse and if anyone is willing to help i will send them a link to it. (it is for Craft Bukkit MineCraft server the guy who created the plug in inst really trying to optimize it that's why im looking for anyone who can)

I can pay if need be (budget would be around 100-300(maybe slightly more) since its already a complete plug in and just needs to be optimized to reduce TPS lag issues)
