DNS issue? ComCast provider blocking?

Posted 01 March 2013 - 01:51 PM

My ISP is ComCast in Houston TX. Their DNS is 75.75.76.76 and 75.75.75.75.
After lunch today they stopped knowing who DIC is and redirected to a search site.

When I changed my IPv4 settings to use a specified DNS of Google (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4) the site is reachable.

Just an FYI (and WTF?)

Domain auto renewal didn't work. I manually renewed the domain a few minutes ago. Should be all set in a few hours.
