I am a employee at fist studios, I have been for 2 months now, I am stating that the CEO John Smith is offering $200,000 for 5 star C++ programmers, daily for each employee. He is a billionaire and lives in Canada and has a mansion and money is no obstacle for him. He currently has 6 employees and there are 6 positions waiting to be filled, if you think you have got the skills and want the money, this job is for you...

So you're just an employee, & yet you take on the user name of the entire organization? Pretty dangers move stealing the identity of a billionaires business. Especially having only worked there a few months.

So let me get this straight, You are looking for 5 c++ programmers and are going to pay them $200,000 a day each? Tell us more about the opportunity as if those numbers are accurate and this is real (which I highly doubt) I'm sure there will be a line of people waiting to jump at it.
Answer these questions please:
1. Is this fulltime 40 hours a week, Contract, Or part-time.
2. What sort of software would the programmer be working on developing, Maintaining, ect.
3. Is there a link to a website/Job posting/Bio for this billionaire
4. What are the Job requirements/ Skills needed / Experience, Ect.

OP, you sit on a throne of lies. It looks like you really want to make games and such, but the way you are going now will not help you. Start learning some Java or C++. Go on from there. Ideas are a dime a dozen. Business models, advertisement, websites for your products - they all have a huge crutch: they depend on the game itself.
Get the big part out of the way, then worry about the other stuff.

And just to clarify- the going rate is $200,000 (USD) per day? So at that rate, a month's worth of work would equate to $3.2 Million (USD). Am I correct?

What's hard to believe is that with that kind of a budget, there is no trace of this business online. A quick Google search yields forum posts from the owner, the co-owner, & this employee. There is no business website (except for this web.com subdomain), & their Facebook page with all of 25 followers.
This business is about as believable as the deal of $200k a day payment.

I would believe it if it was 200k a year. But 200k a day? What kind of Emerald Dream are you living in? There's NO job out there that pays that much at all anywhere in the US. Not even CEOs make that much money in that short amount of time...and they are wealthy.
Just because this "owner" lives in a mansion doesn't mean that they are well off or even able to support that kind of cash flow. Because that's 3.2mil a person x 5...so roughly 17 million for all five....which is basically a movie salary.
