Well the easiest way is to Open Visual Studio, connect to your website and select "Publish", this will publish all your pages, code and assemblies to your domain.

Of course, your host will need to support it as well.

Hey I am also a newbie. I found doing the publish is easiest, but I have sql databases in my pages, and they will not work. Does anyone know what to do?
Well if you're running your SQL locally (on your dev box) then you hosting account will have to have SQL Server as well (most offer it for a nominal fee). Then you simply transfer your data, tables, users, stored procedures to your hosts server, usually using Enterprise Manager (for 2000) or SQL Management Studio(for 2005).

I have had some experience with GoDaddy's hosting services and coding.
Run. Run now. Before it's too late.
I had issues with them doing even the simplest of tasks. The security bar is bit high over there.
