Going to thread jack. This is a custom PC that I am thinking of building. Let me know if there are things that I need to change/etc. It's going to be for gaming (World of Warcraft mainly.)

Though.. you are missing the CPU in that list.

I would go Intel as they have the better processors currently. Do you have access to an ethernet cable? If so, remove the network card. Remove the sound card, any good mobo will have sound. Do you really need bluray? I would switch to a cheap dvd drive.

I partly agree with the guy above me.


1. I would switch motherboard and get an intel processor.
2. You don't need a netword card.
3. I disagree, sound cards are awesome if you going for good sound, but it requires you also willing to spent money on a good sound system, otherwise it's kinda pointless as it doesn't give much to a normal pc speakers.
4. Bluray drives are fine if you use them, they are often also faster then the old dvd drive(only buy if you using).
