Menu acting up

Posted 08 March 2013 - 08:24 PM

The sub-menu worked great when I was using pixels and then when I switched to percents if freaked out on me.
CSS
#menu {
	width:58.6%;
	height:3.0%;
	position:absolute;
	left:403px;
	top:0px;
	border:2px #000 solid;
	padding:.08%; /*5px*/
	background: #ffffff; /* Old browsers */
background: -moz-linear-gradient(top,  #ffffff 0%, #bfca90 25%, #1e3e13 99%); /* FF3.6+ */
background: -webkit-gradient(linear, left top, left bottom, color-stop(0%,#ffffff), color-stop(25%,#bfca90), color-stop(99%,#1e3e13)); /* Chrome,Safari4+ */
background: -webkit-linear-gradient(top,  #ffffff 0%,#bfca90 25%,#1e3e13 99%); /* Chrome10+,Safari5.1+ */
background: -o-linear-gradient(top,  #ffffff 0%,#bfca90 25%,#1e3e13 99%); /* Opera 11.10+ */
background: -ms-linear-gradient(top,  #ffffff 0%,#bfca90 25%,#1e3e13 99%); /* IE10+ */
background: linear-gradient(to bottom,  #ffffff 0%,#bfca90 25%,#1e3e13 99%); /* W3C */
filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient( startColorstr='#ffffff', endColorstr='#1e3e13',GradientType=0 ); /* IE6-9 */
z-index:auto;
}

ul.nav, ul.nav ul {
	margin:1.0%;
	padding:0;
	list-style:none;
	width:58.6%;
	float:right;
}
ul.nav li {
float:left;
width:23%%;
height:3.0%;
margin-top:1.0%;

}
ul.nav li ul { /*Not sute what to do with this. When it's percentage it won't access the second menu*/
	width:80px;
	position:absolute;
	left:-999em;
}
.nav li:hover ul {
	left:auto;
	background: #1e3e13;
}
ul.nav{
	margin:0;
	padding:0;
	list-style:none;
	width:70.0%;
	overflow:hidden;

}
ul.nav a {
	display:block;
	padding: 0 2.5%;

The sub-menu under services is not clickable. When I mouse over services the sub-menu show up, but when I try to click on the sub-menu is disappears.
