I am not understanding what you are asking, for one. Can you please state, more clearly, what you are wanting to know? I also think this isn't a question for PHP.

It is likely that fog.com is just a parked domain by freeonlinegames, so everybody who goes to fog.com is shown the corresponding page from freeonlinegames. I have had the same thing set up before where I had reigningstudios.com parked and redirecting to reigninggames.com. It is a pretty simple thing to set up (normally only requiring you park the second domain from the same account that the first was purchased).

It seems that http://www.fog.com/ to http://www.freeonlinegames.com/

Most likely using DNS.

Domain names point users towards servers by linking the domain names to the IP address of the server. No matter what you do to the server, you can not "fake" a domain name. The DNS servers must contain records that link the domain name to the server IP. There is no getting around that. (Sub-domains can be handled a tad differently, but this is true for the main domain name.)

If the DNS records don't get users to the server, then the server configuration is not going to have any effect whatsoever.

In short: No, HTACCESS files have nothing to do with making this happen.
