Ok,

I need to create a database that will have 2 tables Customers and Orders, Currently they are on an Acees database, What is the best solution to make this in to an SQL driven database and have a web page to add orders where the staff can access to add these, The customers table gets modified online aswell by a different team.

Your question is pretty broad and requires an opinion that may, or may not, be true. There really is no overall "best" way, there's only a best way for a given situation. None of us are going to have enough details about your requirements to be able to tell you the "best" way to accomplish your task. If you could ask a little more specific question about something you're having a problem with it would be a lot easier to offer some advice. Right now all I could tell you is that you need to create a database with two tables, copy your data from the Access tables into your new database, and finally create two webpages to give your users access to that data.
