Oh, and no.. just because I am a programmer I am not obligated to say I like the IT Crowd, Big Bang Theory, Kim Kommando, Game of Thrones, Dr. Who, Robotjox/Combat Fighting League on Syfi, or the like.

Didn't know that was a thing. I imagine IT Crowd appeals more to current/former support agents than programmers. Game of Thrones, I'm surprised by the following, but I've loved ASOIAF for over 10 years now.
Big Bang Theory is offensive. New Dr. Who was alright, but the writing went way downhill.

That's fair. I disagree with the assessment of the humor, I would say it's at least Conan O'Brien level.

I'm annoyed there wasn't more of them.
I grew up on brit comedies cause my mother was one of those... people... I don't know where the hell she'd get her hands on the stuff, it was the 80's and 90's, there was no internet for us po' folk, where the hell did she find all of it?
I can understand the cringe to joke factor, there were a few episodes that did the same thing to me. Like the episode where he gets stuck under the desk of the two ladies.... ughhhhh.
Why is this thread created now, the show had its last series in 2010.

The very first scene with Moss and Roy in the first episode really sold me on the show, tbh. It played through every tech support stereotype. I laughed my ass off when Moss started with "Have you tried forcing an unexpected reboot?"
But probably my favorite scene in the series is either Jen's Laptop or the Internet Speech.
"It has been demagnetized by Stephen Hawking himself."
