I use protein, glutamate, fish oil, and a daily multivitamin. I just started out on the glutamate on the gnc bros recommendation. I felt amazing the next 2 days, not really sore in the least. Love it. Fish oil is new to me too. Keep belching up fishes. Oh well.

Oh I also use a thermogenic called super HD. It's pretty good as in it doesn't make me feel weird like hydroxycut used to. It just feels like a shot of 5 hour energy.
