I like how the scrolls website is made up, scrolls.com. Just curious if it could of been made with wordpress? Or another website system like wordpress.

Right click the page and 'view source'.. if you see something like "wp-content" then it's more than likely word press.

Thanks...ive looked through the source, and i have found some wp-image, wp-content and a few others so i guess it is wordpress? How hard would it be to make something similar?

Install wordpress (it is free) and start jacking with the templates! So, I guess, as hard as that is.. Typically I have a XAMPP/WAMP/LAMP/ install on my local machine and use that to test my template horror stories..

Also how would i go about getting a header on the top like they have? I dont know if its called a header but it links there other stuff together it seems, they have it on all there other sites?

Man there are a ton of them out there.. some for free.. some for pay.. and you can always.. _ALWAYS_ roll your own. Flip through sites, check out what people have, see what interests you, and go from there.. I am not sure what your taste context is so.. yeah.
