packaging of programs

i just finished learning c++, and i now have a program of my own...how do i package the whole c++ 700 lines thing to be able to have it on my desktop on my windows pc? or better to be even able to transfer it on my phone...can someone shed some light on me? I know there are expert programmers here ..

It really all depends..

to get it into a GUI for the desktop a GUI framework like Qt maybe more in line
with what you need.

As for phone programming thats a whole different ball game with a whole set of different paradigms.

Really it sounds like you are trying to run before you can walk.

Posting a small snippet of your code say the first 50 lines of your program may help us to
get you better help, well more accurate help.

Programming is fun but also not easy so hang in there.. it may be about to get bumpy.
