My codeblocks released exe wont run

I built my project and found the exe in my bin folder, when i try to run it, it briefly shows up then disappears. I'm on windows 8 does that have anything to do with it?.

Your problem is that you are not paying attention to details. Start by paying attention to the rules for this forum.
