I get a whole 1% Raise starting Jan. So Instead of 13.13 I will be 13.26 it has only taken 2 years to get this much. Oh and we do get about $280 incentive checks every 3 months.

It's when you stop and ask yourself "What's my incentive for doing this again?" And the answer is: I get a check once in a while.

yeah i was amazed when i first got one as well

1st year was 1k
2nd year was 4.6k
this is my 3rd year ii wonder what it will be
wow. I was excited and surprised last year when I got a $300 bonus. Went and bought a guitar.

So tomorrow I need to find a way to celebrate something for my brother. For years (since he turned 18) he's been asking me to get him a job doing IT Support. I kept telling him that he has to prove his knowledge to get a job, I couldn't just get it for him. I mean, I could have, but he would have been fired promptly and I would have looked bad. I cut him off from my support and made him learn on his own, since he was so interested. Yesterday afternoon he got a job offer for an entry level tech support position.

It's crap work as such goes, but it's a step up from his current job of detailing repossessed cars 20 hours a week at minimum wage. He starts Jan 2nd and I'm excited as hell for him!

The incentive check is supposed to based on the Mental Health Center's Profits. At my level we average a $280 Check. I am thinking that is a bit low, since they keep telling us they were are under budget and have "extra" money to improve certain projects.

I vote for projects to improve by "extra" money to be the IT Salaries and incentive check program.

Anyone need a programmer/IT guy for $25+ Hour? Will move based on area.

Today's my eldest daughter's B day, she turns 11.

Interesting: I just found out that our x Mas party is being held in a bar.
The thanksgiving party was held in a church.

I'd guess Santa is the director of the NSA. He knows who has been naughty and nice after all.
