hi ppl..
i need a free web hosting service that offers atleast php,mysql,smtp
and if possible with unlimited time and with atleat 100mb
i have already one accunt on bis.nf, but im open to suggestions.. biz.nf offers all those requirements
but im not sure for the unlimited time for the database and files uploaded

Free Web Hosts like that are nearly impossible to find with unlimited time (Which I am a bit confused on what you mean by unlimited time)

thanks.. by unlimited time i mean.. my account, databases, and the files uploaded will gonna stay there like forever or atleast for a year

It will probably be easier (better) to find a sponsor who could provide a reliable paid hosting to you at no cost. There are virtually no "free" hosting with unlimited time that will just work hassle free.
