PrintPreview Event fired when page is rendered?

Posted 31 March 2013 - 03:30 PM

Hey Guys

I would like to do some stuff with my printed page, after it has finished rendering. Is there an event or a way to do that?

Actually I use the EndPrint-Event, but in fact the page is not fully rendered, when this event is fired. Any help?

The events of the PrintDocument happen in the follow sequence.
  • BeginPrint Event Raised
  • Define new PrintPageEventArgs (Setting .HasMorePage = False)
  • QueryPageSettings Event Raised
  • PrintPage Event Raised (the PrintPageEventArgs are passed in as the argument to the e parameter)
  • If .HasMorePages = True Then GoTo 2
  • EndPrint Event

Thank you for that but it does not answer my question (yet?). I'll explain furhter:

In my application I use a printpreviewdialog. If I would like to have a messagebox, that tells me the actual zoom, how could I do that? AutoZoom is set to true, so after rendering it fits the screen, but I would like to know the exact value.
If I do it within the EndPrint, it tells me that the zoom is set to 30%. However I know that it is not correcht, because when the page is shown it has a zoom of 86% on my screen.

i said i have to do stuff AFTER the page is rendered! When the page is shown! EndPrint is fired just before, and this is not what i need.
