responsive layout

Hi all,
I am designing a website for my company. I have done using html & css. But the site is not working properly in mobile phone and ipad. Can anybody guide me. Thanks for your help

Your title provides the correct search term for Google, Bing, etc.. You might start with the wiki on Responsive web design:

There may be tutorials here at DIC (I haven't checked).

Unfortunately, it is a bit more of a challenge (well, it will take more time and care) with a web-site that is already built.

Also check out the way Twitter Bootstrap and Zurb Foundation do responsive layouts. I'm sure their source code would be revealing.

I think the problem may be connected with media queries. However, it's hard to say without any additional info.
