Programmer must be able to make deadlines and have experience with coding in python vb.net or c. Must keep open communication daily via aim or Skype. All work done is to be kept between me and the programer only.

Payment

I'm looking to pay by the hour more of a one time payment each week or per program/update made.

I am not exactly sure what that said.. though yes.. hourly or flat rate is another question... my original question is what is your expectation of minimum number of hours per week? Are you looking for someone to jam on this for thirty hours a week, or is five hours a week over six weeks cool?

I'm looking for someone to jam on completing a couple programs in full for the first week and them maintenance afterwards which should only take about 5/hours week. I want to pay someone weekly to make updates to the programs made, and new programs if needed. I basically want someone who is ready and available.

*sigh* Okay.. avoid the question a bit more, but that's fine. I am going to put this in the "so you want a full time person" category.

I will be taking a summer break from college for the next few months and would be privileged to work on this project.
