Error when stringing together multiple "call" commands in batc

Posted 06 April 2013 - 03:49 AM

Hello, I'm having trouble with some code I wrote for a batch file. My plan was to have a batch file in every folder in my memory stick so that I can jump from one to the next and execute commands in those specific folders.

Now to make this a bit easier I will water my many batch files down to 3. Say we have 3 folders each containing there own batch file. Like so:

Folder 1
^Example1.bat

Folder 2
^Example2.bat

Folder 3
^Example3.bat

Each batch file is linked together by a call function going from Example1.bat -call-> Example2.bat -call-> Example3.bat

Although this is where my problem is, after "Example1.bat" has called "Example2.bat" it refuses to call "Example3.bat" with the error:

Quote

"Example3.bat" is not recognized as an internal or external command.

Note: I have tested to see if launching Example2.bat and then calling Example3.bat would work. (It does) But I need to string these together.

Note: I have tried switching call for start but this has not worked. :(/>

If anyone knows a solution or could at least tell me why this is happening it would be appreciated. :D/>
