Adding Flash Game to a MoonFruit Website

I have been trying to add this game to my website but it does not load. I am new to flash any help would be appreciated.

You are pointing at a .cab file; does this work?! (If I click the link it just downloads the file.)

Your page lacks the required DOCTYPE declaration, and the CENTER tag is obsolete - use CSS.

This seems to work find when I launch in from my computer.
