Damn.. I finally had time to put in my heatsink.. woah. Before prime95 was hitting 100 degrees pretty quick.. with the heatsink I barely touched 70. Idling right now about 27 degrees. Super happy improvement that only cost a thirty-five bones.

I was about to say - my prev-gen i5 runs so cool that I just leave the stock cooler on and it works fine.

Are those G-Skill RAM modules? I added 8 GB of G-Skill to my 4 GB of Kingston Hyper-X; I had to leave the Kingstons in 1 and 3 because that fan overhangs it: looks like you have the same thing going on.
