DD-WRT compatible router recos?

Posted 06 June 2013 - 08:11 PM

My trusty old Linksys WRT54G2 v1 with DD-WRT finally died this evening. I'm currently running with the silly stock Netgear WNR2000v3 which I keep on the shelf as a backup and/or LAN parties.

Anybody have any recommendations on a router that I should pickup and put DD-WRT on?

Buffalo tends to come with it out of the box with some slight mods. I very rarely have problems with them.

I couldn't wait for shipping from NewEgg. Best Buy got my money for a LinkSys E2500 on which I flashed DD-WRT. Much better now...

I have not looked at the site in some time, but DD-WRT used to offer a list of compatible routers, along with detailed specs on that router.
