We have some tutorials on DIC.

Elcric has some tutorials on Linked Lists as well.

It is important to understand the concept of linked list rather than its implementation on a single language. You could as well learn in while it's shown in pseudocode. Anyway, at a certain point you might be requested to learn a new programming language and you should understand rather the concepts and the way things work rather than how it's implemeted in a specific language.
You could take a look at Sedgewick's Algorithms book ( I haven't read it yet but I took a look a it and it's pretty nice imo , but I should let the more experienced programmers judge this )

He has four of them. I just looked through his contributions list.

It's important to learn both. There are language specific implementation issues that make it important to understand the implementation. Writing code and implementing a data structure is, in my opinion, the best way to learn how it works.

Yes, that's true, but I think the quoted comment has some sense to it. If you view the question as "how do I implement a linked list in C" then you're sort of missing the point. Obviously, I agree that once you've understood the linked list from the conceptual standpoint, your next step is to implement it in one or several languages, but I think the directionality of @TwoOfDiamonds' comment is worth highlighting.
